More of you,

and less of me. So today was a good day. So we began our day with an hour of prayer and it was good. Had alot on my mind about things that have hurt me. But then this came to my mind and i want t share it with you. I wrote it in my prayer journal. More of you, and less of me. When I think of this in visual terms I literally see me taking piece from myself with God's help and handing them to him then in return he hands me pieces of himself and it is a continuing process until im completely filled with God. We all fail but we get back up and keep going. We may be held down by chains but our Lord can break those as you are willing to let him. The broken and empty pieces in your heart are filled and sealed with the love of our Father. No one can have the very best of us besides God. Because he doesn't take away from us unless he is putting better into us. Others will take and take and take from us and leave us but God our father does not! Why are we so afraid of the one who actually loves us and not afraid of the ones who will betray us? Let us not refrain from the love our Lord has offered us not the love that we find in this world but the love we find in him. For me its easier to know God loves me than it is to know people do. So i trust in God's love more than I do anyone else who loves me. For some its easier to trust in a love that we can share with someone we can see and feel but I see and feel God in a different way than we see each other. Its kind of cool if you think of it in that way. We may not see or feel God in a fleshly form but we do in a Spiritual form. But this is what I learned from my day. But more of my day consisted of finishing going over the Masters rules for this year and then I had a Skype date with Starla which was wonderful as always. I would like people to let me know if they have things that they need prayed about because i would love to pray for you just let me know.  I love you all so much. <3 Maegan

  1. I really like your illustration of giving pieces of yourself to God for Him to give you pieces of Himself. Good stuff.
